START San Antonio
The cornerstone of START’s network with 13,000+ sq. feet of space, 4 dedicated PIs, 60+ clinical research staff, and home to our global shared services team.

START Midwest
Our Grand Rapids, MI, site now has 5 PIs, including specialists in hematology and gynecologic oncology. With 19,000+ sq. feet of space and 50+ clinical research staff, the site is a premier location for early phase research.

START Mountain Region
Situated in a brand new outpatient building with 11,000+ sq. feet of space, our Mountain Region site boasts a dedicated phase I program and over 100 patients enrolled to date on early phase studies.

START Madrid – CIOCC
START CIOCC was the first START site in the European Union. Currently, they enroll 275+ patients annually on more than 150 open early-phase studies, making it one of the top-enrolling centers in the EU.

START Madrid – FJD
START Madrid FJD is the first research facility to be located within a public teaching hospital in Europe. The site includes 5 PIs, over 60+ clinical research staff, and a dedicated hematologic malignancies research team.

Located within a newly renovated dedicated research space of ~3,500+ sq. feet of space, this site has a strong infrastructure to provide opportunities for patients to participate in cutting-edge research.

With state-of-the-art facilities, a dedicated phase I team, and tremendous patient access, START Lisbon is poised to contribute significantly to START’s mission of providing trials to communities globally.
